Reddit Career Questions - New grad as a cs grad, i’ve stopped lying to myself about whether i should pursue a career in software development. I’m just not sure what else to do now. Data structures come up in technical interviews in two way. The first is in coding questions where you're expected to use the right one at the right time. The second is on a comparison question. A masters is useless if you're still failing coding interviews. Are you really looking for a job? That's the question i've been asked often lately during interviews. I understand people might be throwing out resumes just to see what's out there, or to entertain. I need something to hold me over and support my wife and kids. What are some good easy to get jobs that i could live off of until i can finally find a cs career again?
